Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy is a well known and respected profession specializing in the evaluation and treatment of the musculoskeletal system. It is a form of rehabilitation that uses movement, therapeutic interventions and restorative services to address physical impairments and promote mobility, function and quality of life.

Through our state of the art equipment and fully trained and licensed therapists

We provide the highest quality of services for all of your physical therapy needs including but not limited to:

  • Comprehensive Total Joint Replacement Programs (pre-operative and post-operative)
  • Sports-Related Injuries
  • Post-Surgical (Examples: Rotator Cuff Repairs, ACL Reconstruction, Spinal Surgeries)
  • Non-Operative Injuries
  • Balance/Fall Risk
  • Youth Injuries
  • Complex Cases

We pride ourselves in the fact that patients will ALWAYS receive 60 minutes of 1 on 1 care to optimize their recovery. The staff at PAR PT will work hand in hand with you and your referring physician to address your physical limitations and help you regain your strength, flexibility and function. We believe in using a combination of evidence based practice, patient preference and therapist experience in formulating your physical therapy plan of care.

Biofeedback, a technique used to learn how to control your body’s function through visual and auditory signals, is an essential part of our services.

Using state of the art 3D monitoring equipment, we are able to ensure proper movement patterns to maximize your return to function. Studies have shown that biofeedback is an effective way for you to correlate “real from feel”.

The ultimate purpose is that you as a patient get to know your own body signs and can control them consciously; at first with use of the biofeedback equipment, and ultimately even without the equipment.

We will also use a combination of traditional physical therapy interventions including manual therapy (massage, mobilization, manipulation), modalities (heat, ice, ultrasound, electrical stimulation) therapeutic exercise, therapeutic activities including balance and functional movement training as well as patient/family/caregiver education to assist you in meeting your functional goals.

PT services can be provided through your insurance or can be cash based. Please call to see if we are within your network. As insurance companies continue to constrain therapy services and limit patient outcomes, feel free to inquire about our cash based services.
